Planning- Action plan

Action plan

Research and Planning:
- Each task has been completed and published and is also up to date. To improve we need to include more detail when discussing individual roles on posts i.e. explain clearly who did what, how was this achieved etc. We also need to upload our feedback videos for both the photographic storyboard (animatic) and the rough cut of of film. Having feedback is important because people who view our blog will want to know more about the process of our film making and how we improved our work through peer feedback.

Construction:
The titles used in our film are appropriate and we made sure to follow industry convention by looking at similar real-life films and analysing the different frames in the opening. I also think the sound we used is suitable and matches images and editing, the music we used is also copyright-free so it does not break any conventions. The majority of our camera work is controlled and makes use of a variety of shot distances and angles to make the final product more interesting. Also throughout our film we made sure to ask the permission of others especially when filming the public, this also applied when filming shots of the Gillingham football club which needed the permission from the staff. We used the fade transition in our film to cut from one scene to another, this helped the final product to seem more smooth and consistent. Mise-en-scene played an important part in our film as are characters were filmed in a range of football merchandise. We hoped to be able to portray a football fan in detail this way (showing support for your local community). However we did lose consistency in some shots due to filming mistakes.
