Who distributed my similar film?
Universal Pictures (UK) distributed my similar film. This distributor is very well known to the film industry through being one of the major (and longest) distributors in the world since its foundation in 1912. Universal Pictures UK is part of a global franchise which has distributed many successful films during its time, from the likes of ‘Frankenstein (1941) to the Bourne Identity series of the 2000’s.
The Production Companies in my similar film:
Baker Street and Odd Lot Entertainment were the production companies in my similar. Baker Street is an independant specialist who acts as a production and exploitation of British independent films. Over the past fifteen years, Baker Street entetertainment has overseen in excess of over $200 million of production finance for television and film.
Oddlot entertainment was founded in 2001 and is an American based country. They specialise in all aspects of film making, from production to financing for both domestic and international markets. 'Green Street' was Odd Lot's first production film, with 'Ender's Game' their most recent. Both these production companies are relatively new to the film industry, yet the versatility of having the ability to choose between a UK or US company offers a lot of choice and variety for the production of my film.
